sorry i didnt understand well your question, but i will try help you

Do You want set a link in your page that redirect to yahoo home page?

Example:

...

<a href="yahoo.com"> Yahoo </a>

<a href="outlook.com"> Outlook </a>

...

Or, sites that appears in a new tab:
