How do I find Junk Mail Rules to determine what's set up in my spam filter

I need to look at the spam filters that I've set up and can't find that particular file. I am a member of a national organization that I'm having trouble receiving emails from. My communication preferences on that organization's website indicates I should be receiving all their information. I am not receiving any of it. To my knowledge, I have nothing set up in spam filters, at least not within the last several years. Just tell me how to go in and check what's set up as spam. Thanks!

In the old fashioned menu, Tools|Message Filters.

In the new Application Menu, it's a top level entry: |Message Filters

But you said "spam" and Thunderbird doesn't use this word, so perhaps you should also go to your email provider's website and look for spam filtering options there. But if your account uses IMAP to connect then you should be able to see any Spam folder in Thunderbird, so long as you have subscribed to it.
