gobbledegook appears between sentences

WE see a lot of this. Much of it from Yahoo because they think the world ends when you can not see it from the office windows I think.

The issue is text encoding and for months yahoo have forced 7 bit encoding which breaks email in anything but US ANSI text. Something the world stopped using about the same time they changed the century.
