I have 3 email accounts two of the email accounts keep using the same user name in the SMTP Server settings. I have to keep changing it in order to send or receive emails. If I don't, I get this window error which is attached or below.

I have 3 email accounts two of the email accounts keep using the same user name in the SMTP Server settings. I have to keep changing it in order to send or receive emails. If I don't, I get this window error which is attached or below.

Do you have three smtp servers defined? From your post, that is my first guess, that possibly you're using the same smtp server for two accounts. If so, you need to create a separate smtp server and then check to ensure that each account has its own server.
