the tabs bar is missing

when i open firefox the tabs bar cant be seen, if i press ctrl+t it appears, but if theres only one tab it dissapears again how to fix this?

Orange Firefox Button -> Click on Options -> Select Tabs -> Check the box by Always Show the Tab Bar.
