In private browsing, can my ip address be tracked? If ip address is tracked what all is determined??

No you cannot hide your IP, you cannot access internet as anonymous mode, private browing just create an environment where the browsing history didnt save, See:

So what information does the IP address provide anyone who understands that stuff?
