Mozilla. I have a Windows 7 desk top 64 bit computer. Since installing both as 32 bit and 64 bit Firefox these past two days, It has become impossible to access some sites including my blog on blogger (www.limesstones.blogspot.com) and the Familysearch.org website. I am sharing here just one image.

I did the following that did not change anything:

"KB Solution ID: KB3126 |Document ID: 14085|Last Revised: December 11, 2015":  " http://support.eset.com/kb3126/?viewlocale=en_US ".

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I do have ESETNOD32 antivirus on my computer. I have no idea what other websites that I can't access as I've been 'stuck' just trying to get these two to open up for 3 days now. I recently changed from a Windows XP computer where I had no problems at all like this using Firefox.
So, if anyone has any idea what else I can do, please let me know. Thank you. Screen prints are below. I added the certificate for Familysearch.org and how it looks like screen with the big white background and is not operational as a website.
There is security software like Avast and Kaspersky and BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.
This Connection is Untrusted is sometimes caused because the computer system clock is wrong. Check the time / date / time zone settings.
There is nothing wrong with my clock; or its time. The untusted error applies to my problem and I have already taken the steps in it and it still has not helped resolve the problem for me unfortunately.
HTTPS websites fail to load or you receive the error message "Connection is untrusted" when using your web browser with ESET products:
Please be more specific with this as I can't seem to find it as you state it:
SSL protocol: Do not scan SSL protocol
I see more than one "SSL protocol" but I don't see anything about a scan with them.
You would have to contact ESET for support if you have problems with their product.
