How to fix jerky mouse? Mostly right and left movements.
Mouse began jerky response going right or left. Up and down seem to be ok.
Just refreshed Firefox and problem remains.

This might be a hardware problem, try another USB mouse.
Is it a 'ball' mouse, clean out the ball.
Check that the software is up to date.
It is a wireless mouse,
Try a different mouse.
Maybe check the batteries.
