where is the download helper icon
I am unable to download music, I can only download videos and convert. I don't see the colorful balloon like moving download thing when you play a song. Its gone.

See if you can find that button in the toolbar palette in the Customize window and drag it on the toolbar.
If you do not see that button then click the "Restore Default Set" button in the Customize window.
