Purchased a new computer and want to install Firefox (and T Bird) so I can import my profile data.

You can view the system requirements for Firefox at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/43.0.4/system-requirements/, but short answer is yes, it will.

Yes, the 32-bit version will work fine on Windows 10 with a 64-bit processor.

Note if you want to use other Plugins in Firefox beside Flash Player and Silverlight on Windows, you will need 32-bit Firefox and 32-bit Plugins.
