Newest FireFox update is causing problems with flash connecting my cam via websites
I downloaded the newest version of Firefox today. After the update I noticed that on webpages where I would like to broadcast myself, after I permit flash access, that it won't connect my webcam. The typical box pops up, but it's all white. It started as soon as the newest update happened. I did a system restore because I did some changes and thought it may have affected it. It did "fix" the problem, but as soon as firefox updated again, the issue started. Which leads me to believe it was the newest update. Any help

Oh. Here's a picture of what I mean.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version?cache=no Did you update Firefox to the latest version 55.0.3
Your System Details shows;
Installed Plug-ins
Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
Flash Player Version 26.0.0.151
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
So I tried deleting the files in the folder C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash.. but it says I need permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes.. Though it's for the activex.vch...
Did you try the Flash uninstaller links I posted?
https://www.bing.com/search?q=TrustedInstaller&pc=MOZI&form=MOZSBR
What is TrustedInstaller.exe ?
I did. I was trying to follow the rest of the instructions on the uninstaller.. but I can't do anything else about it. Guess I'll just reinstall the Flash and hope that other people report it and they get a fix for it.
Did you check the TrustedInstaller link I posted? Tried to remove it?
