I am trying to clear my browsing history from the beginning of time, but the option doesn't seem to work. I was guided by this article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox) to clear my browsing history in Firefox 57, but still, after selecting "Browsing and Download History" and "Everything" as my time range, I go to my Library -- History and still see everything I recently viewed.

I created a new profile and clearing History works fine with it. So I guess upgrading my previous firefox profile seemed to have caused some problem with that feature.

I have my profile info stored in my firefox sync profile so I just synced my account with the new profile and I am good to go again.
