Please go into detail about your issue as there are a number of things that can cause that.

Hi  !

Would you please do this :

Options => Privacy & Security => under 'History' choose :

'Use custom settings for history'

and check : 'Clear history when Firefox closes'

If this is the 'rubbish solution' you're referring to : sorry .......
