This is the ongoing problem with browsers in some it works fine and in others it doesn't. Take example eBay, if you look at a product in one Browser you see more info and in another the same info doesn't show up. So this comes down to finding a Browser that will display or show all the correct info your needing.

When I go into safe mode and it turns off add-ons and restart as it works fine. Only discovered this after I asked the question. Now that I've said this can you help some more. I looked for an add-on for Carson's.ie but of course there isn't 1. Thanks again. New member Paul.

If it works in Safe Mode and in normal mode with all extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) disabled then try to find which extension is causing the problem by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.

Close and restart Firefox after each change via one of these:

  • "3-bar" menu button -> Exit (Power button)
  • Windows: File -> Exit
  • Mac: Firefox -> Quit Firefox
  • Linux: File -> Quit

Another way to do this:

Instead if clicking 'Enlarge Photo', right-click on the image and select 'View Background Image'. Then you can hold the 'Control' key down while pressing the '+' key to zoom-in. Control-0 resets to the default size.
