I've tried clearing cookies, and deleting the files within Firefox Profile. I do have extensions, and I've tried disabling them. No luck. Uploading is fine but, when trying to download, i get the screen attached. (https://imgur.com/a/tj7VE6E) I've also tried downloading without Tracker protection, and that didn't help either.
