It's a modified version of Firefox (totally compatible in 99,9% of the cases) that will store your ''whole'' Firefox into a specified folder, so you can have it stored wherever you want (yes, including the profile folder), be it your Program Files folder, or a pen drive. It's a very handy little distribution that is updated almost as fast as the normal Firefox (like a day or two after, in most cases). If you need help setting it up (it's very easy, in any case), you should use [http://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable their support section]. Using your own Firefox profile in Firefox Portable should be no problem too.
