When I ran AVG, it would "detect" rvuuu8xi.default. I never allowed it to quarantine that file because I didn't want to "break" Firefox. When I run SuperAntiSpyware, It detects the spyware IN cookies.sqlite, along with the path to rvuuu8xi.default. Is it OK to let SuperAntiSpyware quarantine the spyware in cookies.sqlite, or should I remove them using Firefox? Thank you.

It is better not to let other programs mess with files in the Firefox profile folder.
Tracking cookies (cookies are just text files with some data in it) are not worth the trouble of having to deal with corrupted files caused by cleanup software that is working properly.

I use SuperAntiSpyware every day and it usually detects about 80 tracking cookies daily. I always quarantine and then removed them. I haven't have any problems, so I do think it's safe to remove them if you want to. Personally, I do not prefer any websites tracking what websites I am surfing on line.
