How do you access the extension manager in Firefox 9.0.1? It's no longer in the Tool menu and all your instructions are outdated and specifically designed for lower Firefox versions.
Um... details? I went on a website that told me I don't have Java enabled on my comp. I downloaded it previously, but I just inactivated it when I had an older version of Firefox 3-something. Now that I upgraded to Firefox 9 I can no longer find the extension option in the Tool menus that gave me access to the plug-ins, such as Java, that I had installed on Firefox. This function used to allow me to turn them off and on or uninstall them whenever I wanted. Where can I find this option on the new version? Thanks

You can do any of the following:
- click Firefox button > Add-ons
- press the ALT key or the F10 key to temporarily display the Menu Bar (when the the Firefox button is being permanently displayed) and click Tools > Add-ons
- CTRL+SHIFT+A
- type about:addons (no spaces) in the Location/URL bar
