Email from account@diamondship-jo.com asking to update account - is this legit?
Email received saying we are nearing storage limit - asks us to click on link to get free upgrade. Click on link and it is asking for password. Is this legit or just a scam? Thank you.

Do you use "diamondship-jo.com" at all? If you have never heard of them it's almost certainly a scam. Also a good idea to look carefully at the sender's name and address; it's often not what it claims to be. I get an awful lot of messages that say they are from me; it's a common trick to discourage users from reporting or labelling as spam, as users think they may be backlisting themselves. The relevance here is that even if the address looks genuine on the surface, it may be spoofed.
ctrl+u is useful to insect suspicious or dubious messages.
If you have no knowledge of creating an account with them to store stuff then it is highly likely to be a scam or at best trying to access your private information. Never click on any link you are not absolutely certain about.
You can always check that the real link is the same as the displayed link. Hover over the link in the email, but do not click on it. You will see the details of the real and possibly hidden link in the lower 'Status bar'.
