I am trying to download the newest version of Firefox. Running Mac 10.6.6 Older version of Firefox exists. When I try to add the newer download I get The operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items. My laptop was no problem. How can I solve my problem?

  • Download a new copy of the Firefox program: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
  • Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install.
  • Install the new version that you have downloaded.
