I have checked and unchecked the popup blocker option and but popups are still always blocked and flagged. Particularly irritating when using Gmail account and all links are blocked. Tried using exceptions and still get the blocker and alert. Had no problem until I upgraded to 4.0 . This problem began immediatley after installation. Any suggestions appreciated

In the location bar, type about:config and hit Enter.

In the filter at the top, copy/paste the following: dom.disable_open_during_load

Right click it and choose "Toggle". This will set the value to "False". The setting will also change to bold type.

Go to File | Exit, then restart Firefox again.

P.S. Sorry it took so long to respond to your question.
