Why can't I attach photos from Microsoft Picture It Premium 10 to a Thunderbird email since update 52.0 using Windows XP, when it was routine before??

Multiple photos could be attached from Picture It to one Thunderbird email with all previous editions, now with the recent update this is not possible. I have seen others with the problem using other versions of Windows (10 ), but answers don't apply to my system with Windows XP.

Not correct--cannot do one at a time with Picture It nor multiple. Going directly from a photo, I can attach one per email, but not multiple. I use the Picture It extensively.

I have the same problem. I cannot attach a single picture from file, nor multiple pictures, to an e-mail.

I have Windows 10 and use Thunderbird. I have always been able to right click on a picture on my desktop and choose the option to attach the picture and send in email. However, now when trying to do that, I get the error message, no email account associated.. Hope someone can help me please.
