When I open a link in a new window, when the current window is maximized, the new window overlays the old window. When I open a link in a new window, when the current window is not maximized, the new window does not overlay the original window. Can I fix this so that both ways open overlain?

Screenshot of the overlay error? The windows does not overlay AFAIK from using Windows or Browser Windows they usually are offset from the first when not maximized mode.

Hmm. I just tried this with a non-maximized browser window, and the new window overlays (same non-maximized size) ok.

Also, I manually maximize my FF windows, anyway.

The new window is the same size, but it dropped down an is not over layed on the original window.

This behavior is by design in Windows, not an issue with Firefox. A new window of the same program should not completely cover up the previous window unless maximized.
