I synced EVERYTHING my firefox to a different user account but it won't update any of my 200 + bookmarks.

One user account was buggy, so I create another one. I then synced Firefox, which only geve me my passwords. I deleted bmy buggy account, which I then found out that none of my bookmarks had transferred over, regardless that I had checked all of the boxes to sync.

Hi acuman8, Did you make a backup of the profile with the old account that you deleted? Or did you create a new profile while creating a new account?

If you did this all on the same profile, please make sure that both devices are on the most recent version of Firefox sync and version 30.

The old deleted login account was not backed up, due to it being buggy, so I just backed up my documents, and moved to a different user login name, since this was on the same computer.
