Sorry to hear about the crashes. Can you associate them with any particular type of content, for example, plugin content or videos?

If you open the about:crashes page now, can you successfully submit any pending reports there? This article has more information on that page: Firefox crashes - asking for support.

Regarding file inputs, what happens when you try to use them -- no dialog pops up, or the dialog appears but no file attaches, etc.? For example, there is one on this forum page that you can test when you reply.

Can you copy/paste the codes that start with bp or copy/paste the URLs of the reports on the crash-stats server? Click an ID to load the report.

firefox is crash after black screen i dont know why it happen.

Could be a compatibility problem between Firefox's hardware acceleration feature and your graphics card/chipset driver software. Please try:

"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options

In the left column, click Advanced. On the right side, with the "General" mini-tab active, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available".

This takes effect the next time you exit Firefox and start it up again. Any difference?

Since hardware acceleration improves the appearance of fonts and animations, you may want to check whether graphics card/chipset driver updates are available for your system. This article suggests safe ways to do that: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Which kind of theme? There is a lightweight theme that adds a picture to the toolbar area. Unlikely to cause any issues. Then there are themes that make extensive changes such as new icons and fonts in the toolbar area, and possibly changes to built-in pages.

Does Firefox run well in its Safe Mode?

sometime..

These four reports all seem related to graphics issues. Three of them mention memory use over 85%, which could be a complicating factor, but the fourth is in a more typical range.

Because you have dual Intel/Nvidia graphics, I'm not sure how best to troubleshoot this. Is there any way to only enable one adapter at a time and then restart and test Firefox to see whether we can isolate the problem adapter?

In Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.

If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
  • Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

and OK the restart.

Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).

Any improvement? I realize it may take a while to reproduce the problem, or know that it isn't happening...

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
