are most visited sites being blocked by android os?
On my desktop my most visited sites appear without regard to the content of the site. On firefox android i have noticed that certain conservative webpages do not appear regardless of the number of tines i visit. For instance zerohedge.com, westernjournal.com and libertyunyielding.com will not appear on the android version of the browser. They appear in the desktop version. Who is responsible for hijacking my preferences, mozilla or google?

Hi
All three of those sites open for me without a problem, although I may be in a different country to you.
I recommend that you contact your internet or telephony service provider who should be able to provide further guidance on these sites. All I can confirm is that Mozilla is not blocking these sites from being displayed.
I can visit the sites, they appear in history, i can bookmark them, however they dont appear in highlights or top sites. On my desktop computer using windows 10 or 7 and same isp these sites appear. There os something going on with android. I am curious if its firefox mobile app, or google? Does anyone with apple notice the same behavior?it is disturbing and appears consistent with googles disgusting practice of trying to control what the public sees.
Hi
If the sites are visited frequently enough (and if there is space!), you should be able to see them in the top sites and pin them to that page. I do not think is a issue linked to Google.
You would think so but no matter how many times certain sites are visited, they will not show up in "top sites" liberty unyielding for example. I found a workaround which is to manually add the sites by selecting page, then pin to top sites. I think it is pretty clearly google or mozilla on android interfering with user choice. Its unethical and frankly disgusting.
Hi
I am glad to hear that this issue is resolved, thank you for letting us know.
While i found a work around i would hardly call this issue solved.
Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
