Hello I received always this message when i want to put my email address on mozilla thunderbird : The current comand did not succeed. The mail server for account for netasa33@outlook.com responded: User is authenticadet but not connect . Why is this error ? Let me know

The error "User is Authenticated but not Connected" may occur if the user doesn't have permissions to access the server by IMAP or if the MFA is enabled.
Check whether the IMAP protocol is enabled. You need to logon to account. See info at link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/pop-imap-and-smtp-settings-for-outlook-com-d088b986-291d-42b8-9564-9c414e2aa040 check info under 'Enable Pop or Imap access in outlook.com'
