At my previous job we used Outlook to create distribution lists that senders outside the org were able to send to. Is there a way to do this in Thunderbird? We are using dreamhost to host our emails. What I want to do is make a distribution list called sales@company.com. When a client emails that address, all employees on the sales team get a copy of the email, and when they reply to the client with sales@ cc'd, all the other sales team members get it too. Thanks for your help. I have been researching and have no experience with mail administration.
