I can't access my Comcast email inbox on Firefox. It won't go further than the inbox preview section so I can see my new emails listed but can't access them. Still works fine on IE. I've never had this problem before and it was working fine earlier in the day. Any ideas? Thanks.

OK, I was looking at other related posts on these forums and found a solution. I changed the Xfinity Connect to the Lite version in IE. Once inside my inbox in Firefox I changed it back to the Full version and still able to get into my inbox. So it looks like it is a problem on Comcast's end of it. Thanks for your time.

You can try these basic steps in case of issues with web pages:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
No luck. Is it possible this is due to a recent Firefox update? I have no problems in IE but I much prefer to use Firefox for everything.
