I signed up for sumo surveys and did their survey. They sent me a email saying they was sending me a check and it never came.
I looked up sumo surveys and the are with Mozilla Support. I called after many days trying to find a number and they told me they had no money, (they spent it on pizza). I have it all on a recording my phone automatically does. You all owe me 191.00$. I even got a confirmation number that is 857425. I talked to a man named Shane. I need this cleared up or I'm calling a lawyer because as I said I have the whole conversation recorded. Even the 4 times they hung up on me. I tried asking for a supervisor but they just hung UUP again. Now I'm bringing the matter to you. Don't just pass me over I do expect a answer for this.

Mozilla is not affiliated with any company called sumo surveys. While we do run our own surveys, asking our users opinions on our websites and products, we do not offer any sort of cash reward for surveys. I'd suggest you try to follow up with the actual company you took this survey with.
If you think you were defrauded, you can report it here: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
As for who is behind it, the sumosurveys.com domain is registered to (of course, this could be fictitious):
Jordan Fox duncan street New York, NY 10036 Phone: +1.8007783561 Email: jordanfox321@yahoo.com Registered 11/05/2014
Also said to own/operate: surveybirds.com
But again, this all could be false information used to shield the identity of the true owner and using that phone number or email could lead to people who don't want to know any more about you.
Thank you for everyone's help. If anyone has any other ideas let me know please. Oh and the phone number was disconnected.
The only time I have EVER come across sumo surveys is on the Firefox web site. It pops up regularly, several times a session. Only on mozilla.org
There is something seriously wrong with the mozilla web site if this is not associated with Firefox or mozilla.
SUMOsurveys and this website are two different things. This website does have a survey that randomly pops up, we run this survey. SUMOsurveys is an apparent scam site.
