someone named "Paul" emailed me about my pop up ad problem - not sure how to reply to him - Paul, thank you but I am an old Luddite. Don't understand what you mean by "Are these pop-ups the GDPR cookie preferable notices?:
When I open a website -- say CNN.com for example -- I see ads on the home page, then when I click on a link to go to an article I see a bunch of ads all over the place.

Are these adverts on the webpage, or any they popup adverts that float above the page?
