in trying to download firefox, it takes me through part of the process, and after hitting the "run" button, i get a message popping up that says "cannot create temp folder archive" and the title of the pop-up seems to be "7-zip". what's going on?

when i try to download and install firefox for the first time, it takes me through the first 3 steps, hitting the "allow" button, waiting the few minutes it takes for it to download, then hitting the "run" button. as soon as i hit the run button, i get that pop-up. the only option it givces me in the little pop-up window is the "ok" button. i hit that button, and then everything just goes away and disappears. like i never tried downloading firefox in the first place. so i certainly and obviously cannot continue the installation process.

Try saving the Firefox setup file, close the browser you used for the download, and then double-clicking the setup file to start the installation procedure.

Interesting. I tried one more time - instead of saving it to my hard drive, I ran it directly off the Mozilla site and it installed....

Something is definitely wrong with the Mozilla "save as" and THEN run process....
