how do i get rid of that nasty "remember password" pop-up?
this pop-up keeps appearing asking if I want mozilla to remember my password. how do I stop it?
Is there such a thing as going back to "classic firefox"? this new version is very unpleasant to use.
how do i get rid of yahoo and go back to google on the firefox home page?

Remove the check-mark:
- Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: [] "Remember passwords for sites"
there is no "TOOLS" tab.
Also, my 2nd & third questions weren't answered - I realize this is email culture, so I'll post them separately if I can find my way back to "ask a question".
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily or use "Firefox > Options".
If you do not like the new appearance of Firefox 4 then you can change some setting to restore the Firefox 3 appearance.
You can right click the orange Firefox button to open the toolbar context menu or use (F10) View > Toolbars.
- Click the Menu Bar entry to make the Menu Bar visible all the time.
- Click "Tabs on Top" to remove the check mark and place the Tab Bar at its original position just above the browser window.
