RoboForm's site is a bit vague about how its add-on works now. According to their FAQ, you may need to uninstall/reinstall RoboForm in some cases to get the add-on to work. See http://www.roboform.com/support/faq/roboform-v7#faq_firefox

Hi, jscher2000 & James! Thank you very much for your replies. I had wanted to d/l FF7, kind of in anticipation. Although I had only updated to FF6 about 4 weeks ago, and actually only heard about FF7 the other day, I was researching it, and wanted to d/l it since it promises to use less memory. But, when I was trying to update it(I' m on the release update channel), it said that FF7 is incompatible with the Roboform toolbar. And I NEED the toolbar!

Anyways, one person on another forum I was looking at said he uninstalled & reinstalled Roboform, but that didn't work. Another person on that forum said Roboform was going to release an adapter(not sure about that one). So, I was sort of skeptical about uninstalling & reinstalling. BUT thank you so much, guys, 'cuz it WORKED!

Like, I had Roboform 6, and it wasn't compatible w/FF4(never used FF5), so I was using another password manager. But it started acting up, when I installed FF6, especially with my bank site, which I use every day. Actually, it worked w/IE9, so not sure if it was that(LastPass) or FF. So, I broke down & invested in the upgrade to Roboform 7. Which I actually should have done in the first place.
