Firefox 7.0.1 Yahoo Edition 1.9 freezes & hangs up when loading website pages and states Firefox not responding. After a few seconds, page loads and everything is fine. This occurs all the time. I've tried every suggestion in Firefox's help section.
I recently updated to Firefox 7.0.1 Yahoo Edition 1.9 and am experiencing freezing and hang ups, when loading or refreshing web pages. When it does this, I can left click my mouse and the screen goes white for a few seconds, it state Firefox not responding, and then it will go ahead and load the page. This is not an intermittent problem, in that it does it every time I either go to a website or refresh the site I'm on. I followed every suggestion the Firefox help pages offered, but nothing helped.

This seems to be a problem that has started since Firefox 7. See the instructions in this article for a possible solution: Firefox never finishes loading certain websites.
I changed the setting, but unfortunately, this didn't fix the problem. This situation does seem to occur more, when I load or reload my eBay home page. I noticed that all data and information would go ahead and load, but the random ads bar would not immediately load and when I would left click anywhere on the page, Firefox would temporarily freeze, the page turns white, Firefox not responding will display, and then the banner would load and everything is fine. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my Flash Player. Any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Reggie
