I cannot upload documents for my schoolwork
My school support has told me that with certain editions of Firefox I will not be able to upload my Microsoft Word documents into my dropbox. I don't know which edition of Firefox I should have. I don't remember installing anything new in the past few weeks and haven't had this problem up until last week. The error message says my file is empty or not valid. Weird....

If you need to downgrade, only firefox 3.6 is still supported. If you have problems with only one site it may be worth trying firefox portable on the problem site - with firefox 3.6.24 whilst doing day to day browsing With firefox 8 or later.
