There are several issues with FlashPlayer 11.3 on Firefox Windows see my recent post [/questions/932077#answer-351526] for notes and a list of useful links on the Flash problems. I note however you are also mentioning having problems with IE & Chrome,so it appears you have a more general problem. First turning off hardware acceleration is a good troubleshooting step. Next I suggest you check your graphics drivers.
