Update to Firefox 18. Update Firefox to the latest release
Reset Firefox Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
it didn't work
what could it be,I've tried the advice you requested
When do these boxes come up?
Is that randomly or on every web page and can you reproduce it all the time?
Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Creating a profile":
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
Only when your browser page is up and changing from page to page,it seems to be ads on pc speed and duplicates ads on page itself
popup blocker is active in options,it seem to do it on internet explorer also,i just found out.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

I did but came back with a few deleted but still its happening
I used Emsisoft Malware
I have the same problem, followed most instructions on this thread without effect. IE doesn't have the problem, which means it's a Firefox specific thing. Resetting and deactivating extensions didn't work. Malware fixing neither.
Loading pages is slow, as dialogs under in the window keep displaying connections to unwanted sites (see screenshot).
This looks like a Firefox-specific problem since Internet Explorer doens't have it, and if I can't fix it, I'll stop browsing with F because of the extreme annoyance...
