"Bookmark All Tabs…" doesn't work with Tab Mix Plus installed. Why, and how can I fix it?
I noticed what "Bookmark all tabs" feature stopped working at one point (in fact, Crating Folders from Bookmark Tab menu was not working either). I found the cause - Tab Mix Plus. Uninstalled - everything is back to normal. But I miss Tab Mix features - Duplicate tab, open closed tabs, etc.
What can I do? Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue?

So, latest Dev-Build actually solved the problem. I installed the previous version some months ago and it worked for a while, then it just reverted back, maybe it was some FF update that caused that, anyway, it's annoying when things keep repeating themselves. Hope this is the last time :)

You can try to install the latest Dev-Build of Tab Mix Plus or check out the forum.
Note that by installing a Dev-Build will switch you to the development update channel and you have to install the latest TMP release via the Add-ons site to return to regular updates when the version on the Add-ons site gets updated.
See the thread on the Tab Mix Plus forum.
Cor-el, thank you. But that didn't work. Somehow after a while it stops working and I don't know why.
I went through the process you suggest on my desktop and it didn't work out. My laptop, which is brand new, started having the same issue recently as well.
Please see the TabMix Plus support forum for help with their extension. http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=2
Thanks all! I'll post a followup if this issue gets resolved.
This is how my Bookmark All Tabs menu looks like. Just for the record.

what does dev-build mean?
That is the developer build of Tab Mix Plus that has the latest code changes that will become the next release of Tab Mix Plus and if there are issues with the current version reported then the developer tries to fix them in the dev-build, so users can test if the fix works. You can install such a dev-build to test it yourself.
Completely foobared for me (in the right-click context menu & in the bookmarks menu) & nothing to do with TMP, already tried uninstalling/disabling but that made no difference, infuriating.
