I keep getting an error message when I attempt to print: "Cannot load library LXBCPRP.DLL", but only from within Firefox.
Within Firefox and websites visited within Firefox, whenever I try to print using my Lexmark Z605 printer, the error message "Cannot load library LXBCPRP.DLL, using default appears. The printer works fine from other programs and indeed worked fine from within versions of Firefox before 4.0.1, and I have even updated drivers from Lexmark, but the problem persists.

Copy LXBCPRPR.DLL from the C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32X86\3 folder to the System32 folder
Thanks for your reply, but it doesn't help at all.
I did this - no good. But thanks anyway - any other ideas anyone?
Are there any LX??PRPR.DLL files in the C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32X86\3 folder?

Yes, there were two likely suspects (LXBCPRP.DLL and LXBCPRPR.DLL) in the 3 folder, both of which I copied to system32. After LXBCPRPR.DLL was copied I tried to print a Firefox page (this one, actually) and received a LXBCPRP.DLL error message, so I copied that one as well. Then I was back to the original LXBCPRPR.DLL error message as I posted at the start of this thread. I strongly suspect a bug in Firefox 4.0.1 that was not present in previous versions.
See this Google search for Cannot load library LXBCPRP.DLL
That has been a problem with Lexmark (& Dell printers made by Lexmark) printers for 5 or 6 years now, affecting a variety of applications. I highly doubt that it is a Bug in Firefox 4.0.1.
Thanks for your time, but I maintain my position. There has been no problem with my printer from purchase (5+ years ago) until Firefox 4, in particular no problem with Firefox 3.x. I have no problem with ANY other applications I use now and have run through them all to check. Firefox 4.0.1 remains the prime suspect, but I am willing to try any fix that the wonderful members of Firefox community may care to suggest.
Further to my problem with "can not load library LXBCPRP.DLL", I have been in touch with Lexmark, who are adamant that the problem is with Firefox setup, not Lexmark. I can print anything I like from any other application including (shock, horror!) Internet Explorer. It is only with Firefox that I have this problem, and only versions newer than 3.x. Can anyone help?
I also have this problem printing material viewed in Firefox. I have not found a proper fix but discovered that saving the document and then printing the saved version works for me. Not perfect but better than nothing.
Thanks, Ron - my solution was to change back to Firefox 3.6.18, which I am now running. Problem solved.
