Mozilla keeps freezing up for some reason?
I reboot the computer, but it only works for a short time & have to reboot again. Further, the "sign in" button for Yahoo does not work. The actual button itself.

The answer given about having it work with windows XP only works if you have that. I have Vista. Besides, I noticed that videos on Youtube don't play.
The article is for ALL platforms' users, only the Hyper-Threading issue has been addressed for Windows XP users. You can still perform the steps mentioned in ALL other issues. Try the solutions in this article again, it won't hurt will it ?

Well, why am I trying to make it compatible with an operating system I don't use?
I think you don't understand. Only the Hyper-Threading issue mentioned in the part Hang Loading First Window has been tweaked for the users who are using Windows Xp. ALL the other platform users (MAC, VISTA, LINUX, etc.) will not have to tweak this Hyper-Threading part, you can say that they have been spared from getting into the Hyper-Threading issue.
So for ALL the other platform users (MAC, VISTA, LINUX, etc.), their solutions shall be hidden in the later sections of this article. Hopefully you will revert to these solutions to solve your problem.
