Since I installed FF 18.0 (win XP) when i run it it my whole system "jumps" and pauses. If I don't run FF18 all is good.

everything slows down when FF18 is running. If i close FF18 all is good with all my other programs. It's as if I was running Win XP on a 486!

So when I start in Safe Mode it works fine. But I have none of my favourite bookmarks tools bar etc. Where do I start to look? Thanks g
