when i open firefox it lets me use it for a hr sometimes if that then crashes, only been like it a week or so, other than that has been ok, getting realy frustrating now. helppppppppppp

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove all (older) version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and (re)install the latest Flash player.
