firefox opens up as a tab and can't be closed by other methods
everytime i open firefox, i get this blank tap picture, and then i'm unable to click anything or change webpages. I can't go on google and such.
the (x) button doesn't close the firefox and if i do manage to click on a side thing like "customize" it just ends up creating a new tab and thats it, i can't even move to that tab.
I have tried restarting firefox, reinstalling it, and all that. But i can't even open it up in safe mode cause it still the same. So i don't know what to do. I also tried turning off my antivirus, but that did shit nothing.
please help me ;3;)/ i wanna keep using fire fox.

you may have a virus, do not uninstall your antivirus. Does every computer in your home have the same problem? If not, break up your hard disk, reset it and retry.

EHH, HOW DO I DO THAT??
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
Do Not remove any profile folders.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

I already did a virus scan twice
Click on the Windows <Start> button. In the search box, enter Firefox. When the list is shown, right-click on Firefox.exe and select Open File Location.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\ is for 32-bit Firefox
You may need to check
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ for 64-bit Firefox
