The user data is stored in the profile folder. You can copy the data manually by copying the contents of the profile folder, for details see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_backup or https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Backing+up+your+information

There are some add-ons and utilities that can make this process easier. The first one is the FEBE add-on (http://softwarebychuck.com/febe/febe70.html - The Firefox 4 version is currently in beta) which can be used to copy a profile. Another option is the free MozBackup utility (http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com)

Read thru your post and will try the mozbackup program. I should receive my computer in the coming week and will try it then. Firefox 4 is not in beta. I assume that the backup will go to CD which I can move to the new computer. I will keep this post open and when I receive my new computer and move the file I will let you and everyone know how it went. Thanks, Paul

I meant that the FEBE add-on is currently in beta, not Firefox 4.
