new website from toolbar opens in a left side bar, how do i turn it off?
I have a few websites pinned to my tool bar. whenever i try to click on one of these saved websites, it pops up on a separate section on the left side of my browser. i would like to know, if possible, how to turn this function off so i can just click on the site name and it opens in the current tab.

Opening in the Sidebar is the default action for bookmarks that are created via a "Bookmark this Page" link or button on a website. Make sure you use the many "Bookmark this Page" methods that are in Firefox instead.
Right-click that bookmark and select Properties, then un-check the preference for Load this bookmark in the sidebar, and then click Save.

Thanks a lot for helping me out. I have found the settings easier to work with now.
