Can I switch from tab to tab with a single gesture?

more options

Chrome supports this by having the user swipe the top of the page. When the top of the page is swiped, the application will switch over to the next tab.

Am I just being dumb or is it not yet implemented?

I'm not aware of a built-in gesture for this. The Add-on "Quick Gestures" lets you define a gesture for this (by default swiping up and then right, or up and then left). Worth a try?
