I have desktop icons at the bottom of my pc screen. My Webroot SecureAnywhere icon has a yellow lock on it saying it is protected by Identity Shield. Because of this, I cannot open up my program. (I also cannot open it on my main desktop either). I do not know how or when I did this. But I want to disable it. Please help and thank you.

Mozilla didn't create SecureAnywhere and Identity Shield; not a Firefox support issue. See Webroot for support for their programs and their Firefox add-ons.
