must keep moving the mouse to fully open up a website what can I do to reslove?
I must keep moving the mouse back and forth so a website will open if I don't the site stalls. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?

it works thank you I tried bit defender scan it didn't work so I ran malwarebytes and it found some malware bit defender didn't
