Can you help with linking my existing email accoutn with thunderbird?
When I try to add my email it sais :thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account."

it is often necessary to turn of anti virus email scanning and check firewalls allow Thunderbird to successfully set up a new account in Thunderbird. The worst I have seen is Norton, but there are reports of others causing similar problems.
